Simulate deleted resources

When a _since timestamp is supplied in the export request, a portion of the resources (expressed as percentage above) will be reported as deleted using the deleted field in the output JSON.

Resources per File

Smaller number can result in more files per resource type generated by the server.

Output entries per manifest page

If clients pass allowPartialManifests, move to the next manifest page after this many output entries are available.
